Welcome to FluxLook (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). This App is an AI entertainment tool. When using outfit changing, stylization, and image-to-video functions, the images you actively upload; when using text-to-image and text-to-video functions, the text content you input. The above materials are only used to generate corresponding effects for you and not for any other purposes.

- Device Information

To ensure the stable operation and function compatibility of the App, we automatically collect the device model, system version, and App version. We do not collect personal identification information and will not associate it with your personal identity.

- Photo Library Permission

We only access your photo library after you authorize it, which is used to read the images/videos you select and save the generated works. We do not read other contents in the photo library. You can enable or disable the permission in the system settings at any time.

2. Use of Information

- Uploaded materials and input text are only used to realize the functions you use and generate the required works, and will not be used for algorithm training, user profiling, advertising push or other purposes.

- Device information is only used for App optimization, bug fixes, and compatibility improvement.

- All generated works belong to you. Without your explicit consent, we will not use, modify, or disseminate your works.

3. Storage and Protection of Information

- Storage Rules

We follow the principle of local processing and immediate deletion: uploaded materials, facial feature data, and intermediate processing data will be automatically and completely deleted after the function is completed, and will not be stored on the server or locally for a long time; device information is only stored locally and will be automatically cleared when you uninstall the App.

- Security Protection

We adopt encryption technology to protect data transmission and storage, strictly restrict data access rights, and conduct regular security inspections and vulnerability repairs to prevent information leakage, tampering, or loss.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We will not share, transfer, or disclose your personal information and uploaded materials to any third party, except in the following circumstances:
